What you'll do
Learn and master the company's business process and operation mode according to the work arrangement and training plan;
根据工作安排和培训计划，学习和掌握公司的业务流程和运作模式；
Continuously improve the current production line operation process, improve production efficiency and product quality;
不断改进目前生产线的作业流程，提高生产效率和产品质量；
Solve quality and technical problems during production process, communicate with relevant departments, analyze problems and find solutions, and follow up problem solving;
解决生产过程中发生的质量和技术问题，和相关部门进行沟通，对各种问题进行分析和找到解决问题的办法，并跟踪问题解决；
Implement the routing inspection, point inspection and maintenance according to the plan. Find the worksite equipment problems in time and take the action plan.
按计划执行日常检查，点检和维护；能及时发现工作区域的设备问题并采取措施。

What you'll bring
2025 Regular Admission Graduates from Higher Education Institutions and Above.
高等院校2025年统招应届本科毕业生及以上。
Majors related to Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Materials, Electrical, Automation, etc.
机械/车辆工程/材料/电气/自动化等相关专业。
Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, CET-4.
英文听说读写熟练，CET-4。
Strong learning ability, responsible, proactive, honest, hardworking, and clear logical thinking.
学习能力强、负责任、积极主动、诚信、能吃苦耐劳、逻辑思维清晰。
Preferred to have one high-level sports skill, such as table tennis, badminton, athletics, etc.
具备一项高水平体育技能者，如乒乓球、羽毛球、田径等优先考虑。
