What you'll do

Learn and master the company's business process and operation mode according to the work arrangement and training plan;

What you'll bring

2025 Regular Admission Graduates from Higher Education Institutions and Above.

高等院校2025年统招应届本科毕业生及以上。

Majors related to Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Materials, Electrical, Automation, etc.

机械/车辆工程/材料/电气/自动化等相关专业。

Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, CET-4.

英文听说读写熟练，CET-4。

Strong learning ability, responsible, proactive, honest, hardworking, clear logical thinking and good organizing and coordination ability.

学习能力强、负责任、积极主动、诚信、能吃苦耐劳、逻辑思维清晰、组织与协调能力佳。

Preferred to have one high-level sports skill, such as table tennis, badminton, athletics, etc.
